Healthy Tips Working Home Business help
Are you a Home Business Person or Thinking about it?
One of the amazing problems I find with people who work at home. Is how easy it is to stop doing anything besides sitting in front a computer, smart-phone and building your business. We need to think about how to keep healthy.
The most important point – If you want to enjoy what you’re making. Ensure you stay healthy enough to enjoy it.
It is fantastic that you are, what you need to be aware of is what will happen when you don’t move.
Many people when they start a home business. Will be totally focused. Which is great, and now you need to figure out how to still stay healthy.
Have you woken up and picked up the phone, checked sales, message etc. Crawled out of bed, make a coffee, kick the couch, (swear), turn the computer on sit down and think of what to do today or follow your plan?
Long question but many do this
What many are not doing
Its a fact that many people health my go back as you sit there and sit there and sit there, doing this and that, next thing you know its night time, a couple of coffee’s later, a few snacks and off to bed. Or similar.
It is important for your
- and Soul
To keep active. Years ago at work, they said you keep healthy if you stand up every hour and move then return to work. But, what are 10 minutes give you? Over a day x 8 hours is 80 minutes lost work time, I know the boss will pick up on that.
Better still. Sure have a look at your phone first thing in the morning. But, make sure it is away from the bed. Anywhere as a phone gives off microwaves and bad for you.
Once you checked your figures and not or now happy, have a quick wash, clean your teeth, put some clothes on and go for a walk.
It will get the blood flow moving and energize your day. Use this time to plan your day and consider what next, or go to the gym, pool etc. Just get moving.
Breakfast and Coffee
Then, have a good breakfast, your body needs fuel and coffee alone does not cut it. I’ve actually nearly cut coffee out of my food chain. Why? I found I was getting headaches and the milk was not good for the stomach. As much as people are hit with adverts about having coffee. Stop for a while and find out if it is? Just because most of the population has coffee does not mean coffee is good for you.

Your New Work Healthy Day
If it is a nice day, open windows and or door, allow fresh air in. It’s far better than air-conditioning. I still have doubts about how filtered the air is.
Work your day and make sure you do stop, ensure your chair is comfortable and supports you properly. One trick I have is to take shoes and socks off and roll your foot on a golf ball. This is very soothing and like a self-reflexology treatment, just roll your foot around softly and slowly.
Just remember, your starting to learn or working continuously in your business. It will still be there later today, tomorrow and next week.
Have breaks, depending on how many hours you work.
It is possible to have everything done in a couple of hours. First, though you need to set everything up.
Then ensure you have your home life, your evenings and enjoy your life.
It is important to have
- Good sleep
- Exercise in the morning
- Good breakfast
- Get your work done
- Have a break
- Do more work if needed
- Then enjoy
